Still working on the Sassere installation Forgotten Trees, though some of the images are up at Flickr already. Not sure what shape the soundtrack will have, whether we’ll put in some of the longer tracks we have in the works, or just keep to shorter pieces – it really affects the mood of the piece – we want to be giving the idea of being lost in a northern forest in autumn or winter, with bare trees all around … some muddy puddles, the odd crow flying overhead, perhaps some deer or moose ambling along just at the edge of perception … perhaps the sad sound of a chainsaw or oilpump on the other side of the ridge …
ps – the site is working well now – a couple of broken links which I’ll fix tonight.
